I found an excellent documentary about life in Freedom Park a squatter camp just outside of the town of Rustenburg, South Africa. (Rustenburg is where we lived when we were in South Africa and where will once again live when we return.) For some reason, the picture stops at about 44 minutes, but the sounds continues). Here is a review of the documentary.
Lincoln spent a lot of time in Freedom Park, going from shack to shack with the home health care givers. He visited AIDS patients, bringing them food and clean water from the tap in our kitchen. When we return to South Africa, Freedom Park will once again be a focus of our work.
